Let me begin to say that words cannot describe the Services I received from Ilene and Haley. They are the most compassionate people I’ve met in a very long time. I would have never thought in a million years that I would be at an apartment that makes you feel like you’re actually family. The community is gorgeous and the residents are friendly. It’s truly a blessing to be apart of such a great community. Finally, the apartments are so modern and spacious with unique features. I truly feel right at home!!!!

Had a friend who lived here and it was so quaint. Almost wished I didn't have a house, so I could live here. She raved about it all the time. So, when she had a party, we were happy. We got to where we had all of our get togethers here.

Been here around 8 months no major issues . Had a breaker go,bad and was fixed in less than 8 hours... Safe and friendly folks..lots of professional people live here

First place I called that they were actually VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL~ I had driven through and just loved the property, then once I called and spoke with Haley her energy and kind words let me know right off once I make the move it will be Ashford Place. Wish there were more sweet souls on the other end of phone calls. Most places blew me off once they realized I was a couple of months out making the move. These apartments are absolutely beautiful. I loved the screened in patio, the spacious layout of the two bedroom, the upscale and fresh asthetics of the apartment, and the location and especially the staff! The manager, Illene, is so professional, accommodating, and helpful. I had a wonderful experience and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I submitted a request yesterday morning regarding my heater not working properly. When I returned home from work it was nice a toasty in my apartment. This is only my second maintenance request in the two years I have lived here. Both times my requests were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. Thank you!!
